Responsible for carrying out daily tasks related to Servers, Windows OS and TradeStation’s In House software. Also be responsible for Monitoring, Administering and Documenting the Server Farm Environment and Processes.

QA Escalation & Triage Support Engineers (3) – Plantation, FL

The incumbent will be responsible for triage and escalated support for all TradeStation applications.  The position encompasses the creating of incident reports in our support ticket applications and TFS bug tracking systems.  The position requires strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Trouble shooting, documenting and following up on all support escalated incidents from any of our TradeStation applications.
• Management, analysis and creation of support incident reports.
• The incumbent will be trained as backup for our web API developer support desk.

Requirements:

Support/On-Boarding Web API Engineer (1) – Plantation, FL

The incumbent will be responsible for on-boarding new developers working on our Web API’s, guiding and providing support for our Web API certification program as well as post production support.  The position encompasses the creation of detailed certification tests, setup of certification environment and sanity testing of Web API enhancements and documenting and following up on bugs reported by developers.  The position also includes the development and usage of test applications or text fixtures using C# or other applicable programming language test framework such as FIT or Fitnesse.

Responsibilities:

• Jos responsibilities include on-boarding developers, guiding and support of developers during certification process as well as post deployment support for Web API developers.
• The position also requires documentation of certification processes and the setup of Web API environments.

System Integration Testers (5) – Plantation, FL

The incumbent will be responsible for the testing applications built using the latest technologies as well as the testing of the trading and analytics aspects of the applications and backend components (for Data and Order Execution).  The position encompasses the creation of detailed functional, performance, security and loan testing plans as well as the documentation and tracking of defects to completion using Team Foundation Server (TFS).  The position also includes the development and usage of test applications or test fixtures using C# or other applicable programming language test framework such as FIT or Fitnesse.

Responsibilities:

• Testing of all code or configuration changes to the application; test plan creation and execution automated, performance, load and security tests.
• Defect tracking and post-production deployment validation of changes made to complex and multi-tier web and backend environment working closely with distributed Agile Development Teams in the US and abroad.

The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the Engineering, Marketing and IT departments to maintain and enhance our continuously evolving web sites.  The incumbent will be responsible for daily maintenance and updates of the company web sites as well as the testing of complex .NET/SQL/CMS (SiteCore) based web applications which involve creating and executing detailed test plans as well as documenting and tracking defects through the software development life cycle.
